    I received my order just a few days after I ordered. The chains and ratchet binders are heavy duty and work perfectly. The red paint started chipping off of the binders immediately, but it doesn't affect their usefulness.

    Perfect set for hauling equipment

    I bought 1 set of these months ago. Have used them weekly to haul my excavator around. Ratchet binders are heavy duty and have smooth action in both directions. The chains and ratchets are heavy, so picked up a Ridgid Pro Tool Box Catch-All Crate to store and haul. Customer service is second to none - as a general contractor, I really appreciate a company that values a customer. Finally, I just bought another set for hauling my Bobcat.
